Terms and Conditions

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING & OCCUPANCY

1. Charges must be paid by cash, bank transfer, Master Card, Visa or American Express before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made.
2. The guest authorises the manager to charge any credit card for payment of any charges, or for the loss, damage, or monetary contribution for damage to the apartment, its contents, or the Body Corporate property caused by any guest or occupant who is liable under this document.
3. The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
4. Guests must park their cars only in the designated areas.
5. No animals or pets are to be brought into the complex.
6. Neither the Body Corporate, the manager, nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which a guest may sustain while on the complex.
7. The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The apartment must be vacated after receiving a warning if any guest fails to comply.
8. There is no refund for early departure.
9. The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager believes that there has been a breach of these conditions.
10. The Manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any misdescription of the apartment.
11. In the event of Cancellation, the guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival in LOW Season or 30 days in HIGH/MID Season. If cancellation is within 14 days in LOW season or 30 days in HIGH/MID Season, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. A minimum deposit of $300.00 or one night, whichever is higher, is required on all bookings and $500.00 in HIGH/MID Season. Bookings of 1 Night are paid in full at the time of booking and are NON-refundable. 
12. If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the guest must immediately vacate the apartment. The Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any guest and removal of the guest’s property.
13. Please Note that we are a Non Smoking establishment. All smokers must leave the property to smoke.
